Personalized Software provides free technical support and start up training for Childcare Manager for the first year after purchase. These free support services are described below. After your first year, you can continue to receive the same support services by purchasing an Extended Support Plan (ESP). Extended Support Plans are affordably priced and guarantee that you will continue to have access to our trained technicians and that you will continue to stay current with our latest updates and best technology.

Support Services

Customer Portal

Each licensed Childcare Manager user is given access to their own Customer Portal. In your Portal you can create support cases and enter them directly into Personalized Software’s Help Desk. A record of all of your cases (past and pending) is maintained in the portal to be viewed at any time as well as the status of any open cases. In addition, the Portal gives you access to a wide range of useful tools designed to help you get the most out of your software, including access to our online KnowledgeBase with FAQ, Troubleshooting , and How-to articles. You’ll also have access to our online tutorial video clips and a summary of past and planned program updates. Access your Customer Portal by Clicking Here and entering your User ID and Password.

Toll-Free Telephone Support

Contact our Help Desk at (800) 553-2312 ext 15 between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm PT. Phone requests are assigned a case number and worked in the order they are received.

Email Support

Contact our Help Desk at support@childcaremanager.com between the hours 7:00 am and 4:00 pm PST. Email requests are treated like phone requests; they are logged into our Help Desk, assigned a case number, and worked in the order they are received.

Fax Support

Contact our Help Desk at (541) 535-8889 between the hours 7:00 am and 4:00 pm PT. Fax requests are treated like phone requests; they are logged into our Help Desk, assigned a case number, and worked in the order they are received.

Remote Support Desk

Personalized Software’s support technicians have the capability to directly access your computer and Childcare Manager using our Remote Support Desk. With the availability of our Remote Support Desk problems are solved and solutions implemented quicker.

Online Updates

Go to your Help Menu and click <Check for Updates>. This feature automatically checks to see if you have the latest version of the program. If you do, a message box is displayed telling you that ‘You already have the latest version!’ If you don’t have the latest version, you will be prompted to automatically update your program to the latest version or build.
