After your first year, you can continue to receive the same support services by purchasing an Extended Support Plan (ESP). Extended Support Plans are affordably priced and guarantee that you will continue to have access to our trained technicians and that you will continue to stay current with our latest updates and best technology.
Toll-Free Telephone Support
Contact our Help Desk at (800) 553-2312 Opt. 2 between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm PT. Phone requests are assigned a case number and worked in the order they are received.

Remote Support Desk
Personalized Software’s support technicians have the capability to directly access your computer and Childcare Manager using our Remote Support Desk. With the availability of our Remote Support Desk problems are solved and solutions implemented quicker.
Go to your Help Menu and click <Check for Updates>. This feature automatically checks to see if you have the latest version of the program. If you do, a message box is displayed telling you that ‘You already have the latest version!’ If you don’t have the latest version, you will be prompted to automatically update your program to the latest version or build.
